1. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are calculated based on current raw material rates, labour, and logistics.
  • Prices can change anytime if raw material cost or supplier rates fluctuate.
  • Any special requirement, customization, or design change will attract extra cost.

2. Measurements & Rounding Rules

  • All measurements are rounded upward to the next standard unit (feet/meters) for fabrication.
  • Material calculation follows standard lengths: Full (192″), Half (96″), Quarter (48″).
  • Glass size is rounded up to the next foot for safety and wastage control.
  • Customer-provided measurements are accepted at their own risk. If site measurement is required, additional charges apply.

3. Payment Terms

  • 100% Advance for all orders unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • No order will be processed without advance payment confirmation.
  • Payments must be made only through official Decoplus channels.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Order is considered confirmed only after advance payment.
  • Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Any change requested after cutting/fabrication will attract full rework charges.

5. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timeline depends on material availability, workload, and external factors (transport, weather, elections, strikes, etc.).
  • Transportation and unloading charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery through small vehicles/thela/alternate transport may be used if large vehicles are unavailable.

6. Installation Policy

  • Installation will be scheduled only after full material delivery at site.
  • Customer must provide clear site access, electricity, and safety conditions.
  • Any delays caused due to site issues, other contractors, or customer unavailability will result in extra charges.

7. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty applies only to defects in manufacturing or installation workmanship.
  • No warranty on:
    • Damage due to misuse or mishandling.
    • Improper civil work/structure.
    • Third-party accessories or hardware.
    • Breakage, scratches, or wear & tear.
  • Warranty becomes void if any unauthorized person repairs/modifies the product.

8. Replacement & Returns

  • No return/refund after production has started.
  • Replacement for defective items will be provided only after inspection and approval.
  • Any replacement due to customer error (wrong measurement, design change, etc.) is fully chargeable.

9. Delay, Penalty & Liability

  • Decoplus is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transport, power supply issues, elections, natural events, or customer-side obstacles.
  • No penalty or compensation will be provided under such conditions.

10. Quotation Validity

  • All quotations are valid for 7 days unless mentioned otherwise.
  • If the customer delays confirmation, prices may be revised as per market rates.

11. Legal & Jurisdiction

  • All business transactions follow the rules applicable within the state of Bihar.
  • Any dispute is strictly under the jurisdiction of Benipatti, Madhubani only.

12. Intellectual Property

  • Designs, drawings, software outputs (cutting list, costing, BOQ, etc.) provided by Decoplus remain Decoplus property.
  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reuse is prohibited.

13. CRM, Automation & Communication

  • Auto WhatsApp messages (updates, reminders, follow-ups) are part of the Decoplus CRM system.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to receive such communication.

14. Confidentiality

  • Customer data is used strictly for order processing and communication.
  • Decoplus does not sell or share customer data with third parties.
